How things get done
We are a wholesale only Tye-Dye company. If you are an end user, contact us and we can direct you to a local supplier. Below is the out line of how things get done the GXG way!

Procedure:		Place your order via fax or phone. We will acknowledge receipt of the order in the form of a order approval sent via fax. Please verify that all of the information is correct. All of our goods are custom made to order. It is important that you verify that the order is correct. Make any necessary changes, sign, and fax back. All of our production times begin upon our receipt of this signed order approval. If you do not receive an order approval within 24 hours of placing your order, please call because, Houston, we have a problem.

Production Time:		All orders 288 or less will ship 5 business days after we received the signed order approval. Call for production times on larger orders. If your need something quicker, we have a RUSH service available for a 20% up charge. If you absolutely must have your order by a certain date, please indicate an in your hands drop dead date and we will do our best to accommodate. We have short sleeve, rainbow tee’s, design 112, youth small through adult 3X in stock for immediate shipping on all orders up to 288. If you have a larger order, we may still be able to honor that same ship time but call for an exact ship date.

Rapid Turn:		We at GXG understand that sometimes things just happen and you need something fast. For times such as these, we offer our “Rapid Turn” program. On any order up to 144 pieces, any color combo within the Tier 1 spyder or spiral designs on long or short sleeve, youth or adult tees can be shipped in 2 days. Amazing you say, and amazing it is. You MUST indicate when you place your order that it is to be “Rapid Turn”. The 2 day turn time begins upon receipt of your signed order approval. For example: An order approved by noon on Monday is available for shipping on Wednesday. Cut off time for rapid turn is noon Indianapolis, Indiana time.

Samples:		We do everything possible to ensure the colors you see in our catalog reflect the actual colors of the shirt. Each order is custom dyed to your specifications. There may be slight variations both from the catalog and between individual shirts. This may be caused by the catalog printing process or simply the nature of a handmade dyed product. This said; we want to be sure that you understand what you are ordering in color, design, and garment. We are very happy to provide you with this high quality hand made product. If you need a sample, we can usually ship within 72 hours. If you are trying to match a specific color, please let us know beforehand. It is simply impossible for us to read your mind and know that you are trying to match something specific if you do not let us know. If you have any questions, please call.

Payment:		We accept Visa, Mastercard and UPS COD. All credit card orders will be billed upon our receipt of your signed order approval. Amount to be billed will be stated on you order approval. All credit card orders will be billed prior to the start of production without exception. Shipping and handleing will be billed separately on the actual ship date to ensure accurate S&H costs.

Returns:		If you print it you own it. This is applicable to all decorating. Inspect the garment before decorating. Orders cannot be returned as inaccurate if they match your signed order approval. All other return issues are handled on a case by case basis. Claims must be made within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods. If we drop ship to your printer/embroiderer/decorator it is the responsibility of the recipient to check the goods in prior to printing. Our terms on accepting printed returns are very carefully spelled out. If you print it you own it. This is applicable to all decorating. We really cannot afford to make exceptions, no matter how sympathetic we may feel.

Additional Info:		Freight will be added, FOB Indianapolis, IN. We ship UPS. No 3rd party billing or freight collect. Wash before wearing and look good for your friends. When in doubt, get a sample. Available to ship within 72 hours. Friends don’t let friends wear junk tye-dye.
